I have 30 years of experience in the professional services industry including 20 years in the Accounting industry doing hands-on technical work.

While crunching numbers for businesses, I discovered another passion: website design, marketing and tech, which I’ve been now doing for the last 6 years.

You can book me for a session (the total number of sessions depends on what you need done).

This way, you only pay for what you need. YOU get to control the cost and best of all, there are no ongoing commitments. If there a few tasks you need, you can package and combine different sessions.

Here is the step by step process of what my “Done In A Day” looks like:

How It Works

Step 1

Jump on a Discovery Call to see how I can help you. If so, choose a date that works for you and book your session with a 50% deposit of your total Fee.

Step 2

I’ll prepare some Worksheets and homework tasks for you to complete before your session to ensure that we’re ready to go and have everything organised before your session.

Step 3

We’ll have a Zoom Kick-off Meeting 48 hours before your session booking to make sure everything is good to go. You’ll need to pay the second instalment (25%) your total Fee 48 hours before your session booking.

Step 4

It’s your session day! During your session I’ll be super focused and will work my magic! You’ll need to be available to answer any questions. Once the work is done, you’ll need to pay the balance of your total Fee.

Step 5

For complete peace of mind, you’ll get up to 14 days of post-support from me to answer any questions you may have or any issues that may arise.

Which Done In A Day Package Is Right For You?

I have created 3 Packages to suit your budget and the types of tasks you need done.

If you need to combine packages or need something else, I’m more than happy to discuss how I can tailor a package specifically for you.

The bigger the package, the more value you’ll get.

Mini Package

This 2-hour Session is perfect if you need a few tasks done quickly or to find out what it’s like working with me. This session can be booked with as little as 24 hours notice.

Inclusions:

✔ A 15 minute Strategy Call prior to your booked Session

✔ 2 hours of as many tasks completed as possible

✔ Up to 30 minutes for any post-session fixes

✔ 7 Days Post-Session email and messaging support

Investment: $197 AUD

Half-Day Package

This 4-hour Session is a great option if you need a large task or a group of smaller tasks done quickly. This session can be booked with as little as 48 hours notice.

Inclusions:

✔ A 30 minute Strategy Zoom Call prior to your booked Session

✔ 4 hours of as many tasks completed as possible

✔ Up to 30 minutes for any post-session fixes

✔ 14 Days Post-Session email and messaging support

Investment: $367 AUD

Full-Day Package

This 6-hour Session is ideal if you’ve got a heap of small tasks or several in-depth tasks you need to get off your to-do list. This session can be booked with as little as 7 days notice..

Inclusions:

✔ A 30 minute Strategy Zoom Call prior to your booked Session

✔ 6 hours of as many tasks completed as possible

✔ Up to 30 minutes for any post-session fixes

  • Hourly rates don’t incentivise anyone performing the work and often leads to bill shock for the client, something I have also experienced myself. My Package Sessions is an ideal solution as you get to control the price while I get as much done as I possibly can in your booked session.

    Sessions like this keep me super focused and I love the sport of achieving as much as I can for my clients, knowing I have a finite amount of time, rather than billing hourly rates and just taking my time and poking along.

  • To know how long each task will take to complete is extremely difficult to estimate as each task and each business is so different. The only way I could guarantee a Fixed Price would be to triple my estimated time to make sure I cover my time, which would mean you’d pay far more than you’d probably need to.

    Rest assured that I work fast, efficiently and am hyper-focused when I do these sessions as I love the sport of achieving as much as I can for my clients, knowing I have a finite amount of time.

  • I’ll need to log into your apps. There’s two ways we can manage this:

    1) You can share your logins with me securely via LastPass

    2) You can add me as an a user to your accounts (depending on which apps you need help with).

  • I use LastPass so you have the security of sharing your logins with me while protecting your password. If you don’t have LastPass, it’s a free browser extension that is super robust and is a fantastic way to keep track of your passwords.

  • To book your session, I require a 50% deposit with 25% payable the 48 hours before your booked session, with the remaining balance of 25% when the work and your session handover is completed.

    I prefer bank transfer and will issue you with an Invoice including my ABN. I also have a Stripe payment facility available.

  • Yes you totally can!!! My processes are super-efficient and as long as you do the homework tasks I need done before your booked session and provide the copy (or have it done by me in a Half-Day Package), then I can design and launch a 3-5 page basic website IN JUST ONE DAY.

  • To get a website done in a day, the copywriting and images need to be already sorted out and provided to me prior to me starting your website build.

    I can do the copywriting and images for you another session prior to your website day, or you can provide the content and images to me.

  • I’m a Wordpress Developer and have switched to designing websites on Squarespace because it’s the perfect platform for small business owners who want a professional, high-performing website without expensive ongoing website care plans, as Wordpress is very technical and difficult for a non-tech person to manage themselves.

    Squarespace is an all-in-one platform that gives you a stress-free, beautifully designed, and very easy-to-manage website.

  • Yes! I provide personalised training to show you how to make basic updates to your site, like changing text, images, adding pages, fonts, etc. For clients who prefer this done for them, I am quite happy to do this for you as needed.

  • Number one, using someone in Australia gives you complete peace of mind as we are bound by Australia Laws that are enforceable here, but only here and not outside of Australia. 

    First, you really get what you pay for and I have tested this time and time again. I have used off-shore VA’s myself lots of times thinking it may save money, but I’ve always ended up disappointed due to the communication barriers, cultural difference and the lack of initiative and problem solving skills. It always ended up costing me money in the end due to the endless back and forth, endless conversations and training and endless frustration.

    Third, I’m extremely highly skilled, very intuitive with apps and projects and I have heaps of initiative and problem solving skills and exceptional communication skills, which is hard to beat wrapped up in one person.

    While my pricing may seem on the high side, it also includes preparation for your session, a pre-session Zoom call to make sure everything is sorted before your session and 14 days post-session support to ensure everything has gone well and to answer any questions you may have.
